I'm not usually one for posting negative reviews, but when I've had my money stolen by a company I'll make an exception. If I could give zero stars I would.Ordered food at 18:30, not received within an hour so called to check up and was told it was 10 minutes away. Half an hour later still no food, so phoned and, no disrespect to the lady I spoke to, she tried to help but was told profusely by the supervisor on site that the food I was trying to chase had been delivered. Asked to speak to him, but "he doesn't speak to customers on the phone". Was told the manager would phone when he got back into the shop, but over an hour later and still no word from management. £40 down, no food received and management that don't care.Wouldn't go anywhere near these with a 6 foot barge pole.

I will say one thing.Do not support this branchOrder was wrong completely wrong, serious allergen issues and a lack of care from manager at all due to the mistake given. We can't even get a full refund for the wrong pizzas sent to us which we can't even eat.Furthermore writing dog sausage on a label for people that don't eat meat as a joke is not funnyWouldn't eat here if unless you like giving your money to a bunch of people that are disrespectful and do not follow allergens or ethical choices.Whether you are vegan or not this is concerning, if this is their attitude I wouldn't like to think what they do to your pizzas behind closed doors.

Order from here quite frequently but certainly won't ever order again. Both me and my partner are ethical vegans of 10 years. We ordered a vegan pizza with jackfruit pepperoni and got the vegan jackfruit pepperoni with a handful of real pepperoni scattered on the pizza too kinda hiding under the vegan cheese. I imagine the vegan and meat toppings are nowhere near each other when making the pizza so this was intentional. Also on the delivery note section of the box "dog sausage" had also been written as if our vegan pizza order was a joke. No apologies from manager and generally he didn't seem bothered at all, wouldn't even give us a full refund for the other pizza and delivery charge for the major inconvenience and mess up. If you don't eat meat/dairy for ethical, religious or an allergen I certainly wouldn't risk eating here.

not been in store but I think you too dominoes on taste and price, I had some friends around and the deal was really good and no one complained when asked, 5/5 ?Vegetarian options: also vegan options at a reasonable price.

ordered from nuneaton store online, waited 30 minutes, then received an email to state they dont have my order, but have my order on an email to cancel it.
so i call up and im offered no form of compensation from management.
no apologies from management.
then to be told my £42 wont be refunded for 2 to 5 days. some people aren't so fortunate to of had more than the amount they required to pay for their order.
very poor service from papa johns considering we make quite a lot of orders.

Olivia is an absolute gem, her customer service is 5*, she is a plesure to talk to and very very good at her job. She has all the knowledge and always goes the extra mile for customers and it is truly appreciated, thank you!P.s. If you're gluten free, ask for the Butternut squash base (best gf pizza out there, actually tasts like pizza) but ask they take the paper off the bottom before serving in a box because it sticks to the bottom. Be warned though, if you do ask for this and there is contamination, Papa Johns is not liable.... But it is the best way to enjoy your pizza ?Thank you again Olivia, you're a star and I hope the company recognise you because you have made my night ?

Unfortunately I can’t put zero stars. this was the first time we tried Papa Johns, and we won’t be going back… Pizza was rubbery and chewy, no taste to the ingredients at all. My wife’s just tasted of tomato although she had their main chicken club, I had their full meat one and both were awful.. sorry we won’t be going back there again. For the cost they charge they should be ashamed.
