I ordered a wrap from subway and I got it completely opened with all the food coming out of it. I believe that this is not how to serve a wrap. Subway employers should think more about leaving new employees unattended on the job. They are learning how to do their job properly but how are they supposed to do that with no supervision and/or training?

Hair in drink cup, veg didn't look fresh. If this is the case it made me think if everything else was fresh which kinda put me off the mealParking: No parking at all

Served by Faisal this evening and he was lovely. We had some excited kids and a few adults and yet all the multiple orders we ended up making were correct and he was calm, friendly and helpful throughout. We sat in and ate and we were made to feel very welcome. Sandwiches were lovely and 10/10 for customer service for today's visit. Thanks Faisal.Vegetarian options: Good choice of vegetarian and vegan options.Kid-friendliness: We had 3 kids , a little loud at times, but we were never made to feel unwelcome.Dietary restrictions: Good variety of halal options.

I’ve been calling the restaurant for over an hour with no answer. Finally get through and the guy tells me it’s been delivered.. no chance. I have screen shots of it saying “driver at restaurant “ even now and 24 hour cameras if anyone needs proof.I Wasted my time and I want my money back now! £30 for two sandwiches! You would expect something amazing for that. Instead I get absolutely useless service. The guy didn’t care at all.. like talking to a robot
