Worst customer service I experienced today! An employee called Renuka rudely took my order and then did not provide cheese with the Nachos. When I approached Renuka to ask this she avoided talking to me and her colleague had to call her a number of times. Eventually she came over to talk to me and abruptly said “Yes!”. Telling her the problem she did not apologise and just blamed the oven! The oven didn’t put cheese on my nachos! Her colleague intervened and resolved the issue. Renuka then started slamming the doors and slamming the broom around the shop! Showing aggression and unprofessionalism! Shocking behaviour!

This was by far the most shocking experience I’ve ever had at a Subway or a “Fast Food” chain. Queue was 25 minutes long as everyone was focused on takeaway ordering, when we did get to the counter we were told we couldn’t have the bread we wanted as the new menu stated certain breads even though it says you can choose your own bread. The woman was rude direct and blunt and we walked out and spent our money elsewhere- shocking, the new fixed menu is abysmal and not customer friendly at all. What made it worse is she made a sub for the woman in front of us that wasn’t on the menu ?? Hmmm not really fair.

Went in today and was greeted with a huge queue… approx 20mins before we reached the counter.The three staff were solely focused on justeat and Uber orders instead of store customers… when people did get to the front, no customer service because they were all talking between each other about online orders… we felt “in the way “Everyone was complaining and walking out without ordering.If you can’t manage online orders, then don’t do them ??‍♀️

Asked the lady in the store what the prices were, was given incorrect prices and charged more for my food. Was also given a salad that had peppers in that were not fresh and looked gone off, got half way through my salad to find a hair in my food. Have taken pictures for taking this further and will not be going to this subway again. Two women staff extremely rude and create an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers, do not have manners or respect what a customer is saying.

Why has this place got closing times 20:30pm if they can’t keep up to the times. Went in today at 20:18 shop door closed. Even though open sign on. And it’s not the first time they’ve closed early. I think the manager/owner need to look into there staff. Some dodgy staff closing to early without the owners knowing, by the looks of it. ? and if you want to eat in after 8pm - they won’t let you because it’s extra cleaning for the staff to do. only take away.

Well located and has more seating than normal in a subway. Gets busy at lunch times. No problems, friendly staff.

When I entered there was about 5 people in the queue and 2 delivery drivers.Took 20 minutes to get served, seemed the staff were looking after just eat orders before customers face to face.Blonde lady seemed to be keeping the place in order and trying to get work done.The girl with tattoos and glasses was asking her where things were and didn't seem to know how to do her job properly.The 3rd staff member was doing the till and the salad... I asked for "a little bit of sweet onion" and she absolutely swamped my subway so I'm still wearing the sauce nowWhy don't they make the just eat orders at a separate station out the back?They only have 1 toasting oven then subway introduce cheese bites which has to be also done In the same oven slowing down the process even more.Maybe invest in another 2 ovens so you can have one dedicated to cheese bitesThe queue was almost at the entrance by the time I got out of there.Worst subway I've ever been to.

Would give less than one star if allowed, with a child in tow I was told I was not allowed to sit in store and eat 45 mins before closing as it would encourage other people to sit down. Never heard anything so daft in my life. Didn’t have a full menu of fillings. All in all a dreadful experience and won’t be returning and encouraging others not too also.
