Myself and my friend went on Monday. We both had pies. My friend had mash with his. He complained that the mash was very dry one of the girls said they would let the chef know.He then asked for a Jason and coke to which he was told there wasn’t any left but could clearly see a bottle on the shelf behind the bar. When we asked about it we was told it was empty….As we were leaving my friend said he paid £14.95 for a pie and packet mashOne of the girls turn around and said “it is smash and!”Like it wasn’t an issue.The service was pretty rude this time too. We used to go all the time but haven’t been for a while due to Christmas and birthdays.Regret the whole hour we spent there! Will no be returning!Such a shame because the management is amazing and very polite cannot do enough usually but seems to go down hill when they aren’t in.

Quite pub and was about a hour from closing even though it was a Friday night they had early closing, staff were friendly enough, young but seemed to know what they were doing .

Nice pub, friendly staff, good beer. Benches out the front and a AstroTurf beer garden at the back. Car park is at the back too. Pool table, beer, food etc. Enjoy.
