So, we decided to treat ourselves to a Mother's Day feast at this place, and boy, was it a rollercoaster of disappointment. (-10 stars)Right off the bat, we let two staff members know about a kid with a milk allergy. Guess what? They bring out the kid's meal with a Yorkshire pudding, even after our heads-up. We complained, and they took the plate away, only to bring it back with just the beef. Seriously, who serves beef without gravy? And, does their gravy have milk? It's a mystery.After a seemingly eternal 30-minute wait, we finally got the bill - a whopping £260.00 for 6 adults and 2 kids. We questioned it, and lo and behold, they "forgot" to hit the promotion button that would've knocked off £140.00! Fishy, right? Feels like they pulled this on everyone on Mother's Day to squeeze more cash out of unsuspecting folks like us.To top it off, not a single manager bothered to swing by and say sorry or sort things out. Customer service? More like customer desertion.Long story short, our Mother's Day treat turned into a disaster thanks to mix-ups, billing shenanigans, and a lack of accountability. Save yourselves the trouble and find a place that knows how to treat its customers right.

Love this place, great service from the staff... couldn't do enough for us..so good to see the staff doing a great job... fantastic tasty food and lots of it !! ??Parking: It's on a main road..easy to get to aswel...it's fantastic ?Kid-friendliness: They have lots of space between tables..and if you're not a fan of kids, you can go to another part of the restaurant...not everyone likes children in restaurants ?

Went for mid week lunch. Food was delicious, excellent service. Such a lovely place. Will be back to try the Indian buffet. Will highly recommend.Vegetarian options: My friend had the vegetarian chill. She said it was very tasty and flavoursome, she would definitely recommend.I had beef chilli that was also very tasty. Would also recommend.
Efficient on-line booking. Lovely Sunday roasts and tasty Puddings. All staff were great. Highly recommended. Beautiful environment. Has to nicest venue in Nuneaton.

Have been before and was good but this time quite disappointed. Went for Sunday lunch for a family birthday, starters were ok, soup was good. Main course meat was nice (but could have offered another slice), veg was ok but not enough variety, peas were in with the cabbage and we counted 3 peas in our portion (portion for 5 people) but did ask for more peas and did get them. There were not enough potatoes, each diner having 3 very small roasties, although loads of parsnips… could have swapped these for more roasties!! Started clearing plates away before everyone was finished eating which I found strange. Sundaes for pudding were out under the heating light for bringing out, resulting in one being sent back as was now a milkshake but fresh one done straight away. Could have been better but was ok …..
