First time my partner and I have eaten here, and I must say it's our new favourite place to eat in Nuneaton. The food is excellent, the prices are very low, and the restaurant is clean and extremely unique. The staff are super friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.

My Wife and I really love this establishment, as it serves fantastic food, excellent pots of tea and coffee ☕️ the staff are all friendly, polite, and courteous, and the atmosphere within is second to none, the Palace large breakfast is absolutely stunning.Well done to all involved ? ?Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is rather easy, unfortunately there is no disabled toilet, and any female dependent on a wheelchair or power chair will not be able to use the ladies toilets as they are upstairs and no lift in situ.

Called in with a few friends, a bit lacking on drink options, not a problem, the food was great, very friendly staff, well worth a visit or an order online, not the cheapest but, as above, great food.

We visited on the spur of the moment. We were curious as the building used to be the HSBC bank. We were glad we went.Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the chocolate milkshake was heavenly. It wasn't over busy when we went, as it was towards the end of what would be considered lunchtime. We will definitely be going back!

We have had lunch here a few times, the all day breakfast is tasty and good value.The staff are very friendly and were happy for us to bring our 2 guide dogs in training, even providing a couple of bowls of water.

My daughter and myself called here for breakfast /brunch,we both decided to go for the Turkish breakfast which was just lovely nice selection of items and the bread was just beautiful.The staff are just so lovely and made us feel very welcome we will definitely be back.

We’ve had an amazing evening at the palace. The food was absolutely delicious and very appealing. The staff is really friendly and always there to help. They have an open kitchen as well so you can see your food being cooked which is amazing. The chef was also really lovely. 100% recommend!
Had a lovely meal, lasagna was so tasty, one of the best, service was really good, all staff were so nice , my husband had a Turkish dish which he said was very nice, not cheep but worth every penny, we will definitely be returning.
