The Staff are very polite and it is very busy to help people and there is a car park and there is a lift to go upstairs to the toilets and the cafe. There is accessibility for wheelchair enters to ASDA it is Security Offices there too.
Last 3 trips to the Rugby ASDA cafeOne - got there at 5.05pm, told they were taking no more orders - fair enoughTwo - ordered kids nuggets, didn't have any nuggets. Ordered burger, didn't have any buns. Both ended up ordered things we didn't really want.Three - ordered breakfast at 11.45am. 12.15pm no breakfast, I asked and was told I'd been forgotten, overlooked. It's a biggish Asda, it's ok I guess. Helpful staff. The aisles aren't wide enough, the lights are too bright and there's not enough room to look and pass other shoppers, so it's basically like every other Asda in the country.
