The policy of not accepting card transactions under £20 will lose you customers , especially when local ATM's are out of use.You clearly have no idea what BBQ sauce should taste like, yours is hideous!

Ordered as they said they do pork balls arrived early and the pork balls were what I can only describe as herby sausage meat!!! Bbq sauce smelt and tasted of pure aniseed. Safe to say will not be using them again.

We have always used the southam kitchen for our Chinese food but this time I was the worst meal from their we have ever had rice was dry and cold, order was wrong and the onions were under cooked ?

Best tasting Chinese food. We love their chicken balls with sweet & sour sauce. Sometimes have to wait quite a while as it's a popular shop.

A good, solid local takeaway. I really like their salt & chilli chicken wings, beef in oyster sauce, chicken with mushrooms, and mushrooms as a side dish.Service is quick and friendly.I do wish they'd get their card reader fixed as cash-only is a bit inconvenient (though there are a couple of cashpoints near by).Parking: A small set of parking bays opposite (including a disabled space) and a large free car park around the corner, that's two minutes walk away (with electric charge points) .

Used to use alot but found the service not as good lately so stopped going .you find out how good some where is when things go wrong . Never a problem with food .Aug 2023 .. service gone back to what it used to be so have started using again . Prices have crept up but food is OK

10 nuggets took 15 minutes, asked for bbq sauce and it was like diarrhoea. I don’t recommend nuggets

Suddenly decided they are not going to take many card payments want to take cash only. Poor customer experience (I have been a long standing customer) and smacks of they not wanting to put all business through the books.Review from some time ago. Same happens semi regularly but they now take bank transfer to a personal account.

I'm not the person to leave a bad review but unfortunately my meal was really disappointing and always used to look forward having my Chinese especially tonight! The sauce was so thick and was just sitting on my fork, the meat was very fatty and asked for this with green peppers but all I got was meat and thick sauce!It's a shame but don't know what's changed or why they've changed this!Unfortunately sad to say, I won't be returning!
