We visited the restaurant. Many of the items on the menu were unavailable. The food that was available was extremely poor quality and some was even inedible. Our hot drinks never arrived.Shocking quality.

The cafe was awful. The wait time was insane. One person's food had been cooked and left for at least 30mins before being brought out cold. Then had another 20min wait for the rest of the order.Children sandwich select is not on any of the signs and is only cheese or ham.The staff were all very young with no sign of leadership. Feel this is an issue with the store management

We have always been pleased on our visits to other Asda coffee shops but this was awful. It's not an Asda coffee shop but a type of Costa so not cheap! Poor service. No organisation. Very little choice of food. One hot drink made but forgot the second. 2 sandwiches arrived then waited 10 minutes for the third. Shocking customer service. Told no jacket potatoes then other people were served with them. DO NOT USE THIS COFFEE SHOP!
