A decent sized Costa with lots of seating. However, when I went around 10 am, there were only about 3 tables left with the rest all being occupied. The service was quick, coffee taste was probably a little below what I'd expect from a Costa but did the job.Vegetarian options: Nothing vegetarian in the cold sandwich section. There were 2 options in the heated toastie section, with some very small, but expensive fruit pots

There is an older lady who works there that makes some of the worst drinks I've ever had - she consistently burns the milk and whenever I order something to be dry, she adds no air whatsoever.Obviously not the stores fault but also you will encounter some of the rudest old farts you'll ever have the displeasure of sharing your space with.

I'm afraid the staff in here need better manners called in to bluntly and ignorantly be told by a female staff member. were closed get out. Disgusting won't set foot in here again go elsewhere.

New site, for us anyway, and a few shops up from the original Costas. This is a better location offering more space. Much bigger inside than the frontage suggests with modern and bright decor. Seating at the back and upstairs too. The usual good coffee and choice of food but the toilets are neglected, which is disappointing considering how new the place is, they need a thorough clean. Tables are also slow to be cleared. Service can be slow too so next time we will check the queue at the counter before eating.

On a super busy bank holiday lunch time Emily and Melissa and the rest of the team showed amazing teamwork and we're efficient and quick getting orders out in a fab amount of time making our wait minimal! My cousin and I both appreciated the teamwork and show of help and communication!

A new shop which has tables outside and an upstairs, just needed a good clean in the afternoon we were there. Prompt service. Usual good coffee.

There seems to be a rule at this Costa .....no drinks to be served above lukewarm temperature despite customer requests for "extra hot" drinks. Staff very friendly and areas all very clean. (Sunday 23 April 2023)

Pleasant staff and nice coffee BUT, it would be a great idea if the staff member refilling the washed cups onto the stand would wear gloves perhaps! It wasn’t very pleasant watching him with his fingers inside every single cup as he restocked them

Beautiful new shop. Much larger. No staff. You were not allowed to eat inside. No tables available outside as there’s only about 4 so left and went into coffee #1 opposite. Having no staff is happening in all Costa shops. Pay the staff well and they might be happy to work for you

The staff were friendly and welcoming the whole eating area kept spotlessly clean the range of drinks and cakes standard Costa so you know exactly what you are getting some outside seating but closing at 5.30 on a Saturday quite early when the town was so busy. Would certainly return
