Hopeless. Went in the lunch time for a pepperoni slice, sausage roll, steak slice, cheese and onion slice, and some Belgian buns - they didn’t have any of it ready - and said it would be at least a 10 minute wait. At the end of the day I would understand them not having any food left, but this was at lunchtime.

It's a Greggs they are all the same . Except some staff are happy, smile and are polite and a lot definitely are not

Had take out from here a few times, all at different times of the day - and every time, the food is cold. Recommend asking the servers if the bakes are fresh out of the oven or have been sat a while.
