Service was 10 out of 10 but the good ends hee sadly. We were greeted by a vile smell while visited the cafe and after a gw moments we quickly realised it was a vile and off-putting smell of poo coming for the toilet. We went to wash our hands before eating and were unable to due to the smell. The toilet door was opened and right in the middle of the eating area which is absolutely disgusting. The waffles were nice but the icecream that came with it had that old freezer aftertaste which put us off even more and we couldn't touch it. The place looks very tatty and tired the only good thing is the location.

Visited with grandchildren, v busy, huge choice of ice creams plus waffles and crepes, huge portions, v tasty, children loved it.

This place is a very good choice for gelato and desserts! From milkshakes to waffles, and crepes this place has it all and a large variety! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the establishment itself was clean, well kept, modern, and tidy! The kinder gelato and Ferrero gelato were very tasty, full of flavour and the portion sizes were very generous! I’ve had a lot of gelato and ice cream, this place is definitely where I’ve had one of the best gelatos! I can highly recommend!
Queue was long , but didn’t mind that .Took my mum today 14/10/23 around 4pm as she had not been well so thought we’d have a little walk and an ice cream . So we ordered 2 waffles with ice cream , sauce & whipped cream . Sat down & waited about 15-20 minutes before I went to investigate where are desserts were . I said excuse me to one of the girls and was totally ignored , so popped around to the little kitchen area where my order was clearly sat on the side . The girl said ‘oh yes I was just about to bring them out’ another girl literally bought them to the table , slammed them down without a single word , she was extremely rude . It goes without saying the waffles were cold .Today it appeared there was some training taking place so maybe this was the reason for the slow and unfriendly service . I shall not go in again , it was really disappointing .The staff need to be trained in customer service skills or the customers will choose somewhere else to spend their money.I did look around for someone in charge/manager to voice this with them , but no-one around , so had to put my experience on here instead .

Gorgeous ice cream, so many flavours to choose from. I settled with a scoop of the cherry and a scoop of the lemon drizzle. Both were lovely.Had to queue to get in, but the ice cream didn't disappoint, so it was worth it.
