Very often, they get your order wrong when using the drive-through. I would suggest you check your order before driving

Plenty of seating room . Modern layout, easy to get condiments etc without needing to ask behind the counter , easily the best macs locally for quick service and comfort.Parking: Parking free or use tesco next door

l ordered 3 milk shakes, 1 quarter pounder, 3 cheeseburgers, 6 chicken nuggets and 3 fries at lunch time today. the fries were just about warm and the milkshakes ( 2 strawberry 1 banana ) showed different amounts in the paper beakers. 1 strawberry milkshake was only 3quarter full, the other 2 lines below the top of the marked beaker and the banana one was nearly full. Surely they should all have been the same amount in each beaker.

I am sick to death of this place getting my orders wrong. This is the 4th time I have used the drive through and when I got home there was something missing.Last time it was ALL the fries, this time a burger.How hard is it to get the order right?I stupidly just went to this dump again and what a surprise, they got my order wrong. i order in macdonald last 3,4 days i ordered only chips but its sometime cold some time not good quantity even 1 day i order 2 large chips when i get home and check its 2 medium chips. its not good thingVegetarian options: so good veg options

Had a pancake with syrup plus coffee as this has been a decent choice in the past. This pancake was cold and stale, not enjoyable. The restaurant was tired and a bit dirty. Staff were fine, coffee acceptable and there's a nice view of the canal from upstairs.

Its maccie d. What are you expecting food wise,!! Service is terrible, though, even by the M. This is the slowest fastfood place in the uk bar none. Even by M standards its terribad. Management - they're not doing that. They really aren'tYou will get served food wise in the suaanywhere else.

Order 2 bags of cheese bites and a hot chocolate ended up getting home to find i only had 1 bag of cheese bites and the hot chocolate was only just warm..the guys working were to busy having laugh with there mates that i think also work there and as always the self ordering maching didnt print a receipt as it never seems to as the last time i came in it didnt and even then i ordered a bacon cheese burger and it didnt have the bacon...the place is a joke
The dirtiest Macdonalds I have ever encountered. I didn't manage to take a photo of the condiments area as I was too busy cleaning it myself!

Fast food !!When I do want a McDonald's mostly is busy today the system broke down.Drive though on the half way had return to restaurant collection waited for 15minutes.Service usually is good however when they started the food delivery service it becames over their capacity. Service s doesn't meet up any more. My score is 5. My last visit was 3 weeks ago due to always long waiting.

You know what you're going to get - in this case a breakfast sausage McMuffin with espresso and hash brown - but what you can't count on is service with a smile. You're just a number, and that's exactly how I was summoned to the counter. No smile, no hello, no eye contact. Just a number. Poor show.

It's a bad McDonalds, I have complained many times about cold food, I've never been offered an apology or replacements. I frequently amend my meals so they'll be freshly cooked and hopefully warm, and I get the same cold food without requested ammendments. McDonalds head office don't care, neither does the store manager.Minor quibble, but disabled spaces don't have numbers for click and collect on the app. Doesn't matter though, they're usually full of delivery drivers anyway.
