Room was clean, bed comfortable, heating didn't work and couldn't get WiFi.Breakfast vegetarian option, not good as the v sausages were brought to the table when we had finished... Just cook some anyway, plenty of vegetarians about!However, would stay again.

Avoid at all cost. Staff not helpful at all. Bar not open when I arrived and closed early when returned. Staff was so unhelpful. Struggled to book in told I couldn't pay cash without ID . I will never stay here again.

Waterways Premier Inn short walk from the town or you could walk along the canal which took you down to the river and Theatre Stratford-upon-Avon.Hotel Perfect for what we whated.Easy to park on site.you pay when you leave.via a ticket given at reception. We had a lovely newly refurbished room.very comfortable Slept very well, bed and pillows amazing Cotton bedding all made for a good night's sleep. Only thing would have been nice to have chest of drawers in room as all open plan.Breakfast plenty of choice. from cold to hot.all self service once shown to your table.Dining room overlooks the canal with some outdoor seating for those warm sunny days.Staff above and beyond polite and helpful. Stayed over the new year and had a really nice stay.The room we had was recently refurbished with an awesome super king size bed and a rainfall walk in shower.My only gripe is the rooms are way too warm and the window cannot be opened.Nearby activities: Stratford is an amazing place to explore with so much history.Great pubs, cafes and restaurants are found everywhere.

Being using this premier inn since it opened. Not had a bad stay yet.Arrived on 23rd Dec and met by Owen on reception and gave us a great room that had just been refurbed. He was very helpful and obliging during our stay over Xmas and went out of his way for us.Small issue with TV but reception came up and sorted straight away.
