Attendant talking on mobile instead of serving customers. No acknowledgement at all, hello, goodbye, thank you etc. And to cap it all he hadn't put the transaction on my loyalty card. Useless.

Nice staff, open late, well stocked and excellent location. I am local and come here frequently and am always impressed with the service!

Bearded, Birmingham accent, about twenty-five. Have noticed him working there for a few months and always found him surly. Today I told him that the cash machine was frozen/not responding to any buttons. His response...."what are you telling ME for".Because you're the one who should be reporting it, apologising for the inconvenience and putting a sign on it so people don't waste their time with it.Will be avoiding this place in future as it declines into yet another shabby dump franchise.

Went in for cigarettes was told I can't be served 60 (3 packs) per customer. Very rude staff. Would advise go elsewhere. It would be a lot cheaper too
