I absolutely love this store the staff are friendly the food is done 2 perfection and I’d like 2 say thanks 2 the owners of this store for such a amazing lunch I’ll definitely be coming back I had a steak and cheese foot long with a chocolate cookie and it was delicious thanks subway for such a lovely

Bacon breakfast roll was a bit dry washed it down with a nice cup of tea though, but like there normal rolls.will use again.Parking: On a shopping mall so plenty of parking available.

went into subway today in Stratford-on-Avon to get some lunch to then only have a very rude female staff member start shouting and screaming at another staff member with very foul language (I.e swearing and saying she don't care about the customs)

Ask for hearty Italian footlong, bread had already been cut in half length ways when it come out the store why? Bloke that put the salad on and cut in half hadn't got a clue what he was doing. Butchered the bread cutting it in half.

The manager of the store is so lovely and friendly. Nice and clean store.
Dirty place walked in to order and children wanted the toilet felt like i was asking for safe code i was shouted at across counter asking if i was a customer which i clearly was. Then very stressful ordering little order Indian lady very rude and made you feel very harrased with terrible customer service. Floor was filthy , tables dirty, walking on dropped food. You staff was friendly and really good maybe lock the old woman out the way no idea what she is doing. Go elsewhere stressful

Food is great and the manager lady is really helpful and generally always friendly.Rob was rude on the tills and rolled his eyes when I asked him to repeat what he'd said because it was so noisy.A very busy place and can seem quite chaotic. Feels like it's only the manager lady that knows how to run the place.

A really unpleasant experience. They were obviously busy with online orders and the server threw things and slammed things in anger in a very aggressive way, it was actually scary. He was also swearing profusely. He got our order wrong and walked out of sight with our food into the kitchen. Genuinely worried about what we might find in it.

Should of asked for a salad at least I'd of had a bowl to eat fromBread was dried out, so when toasted it fell to pieces, and the amount of sauce put on, there was no way the sandwich was going to hold togetherComplete waste of

This store was once our favourite to eat at, sadly it has gone down hill in quality of food and hygiene. Today was the final straw when hair was in my subway. When complained the lady was extremely rude. Bad experience will not be eating at this store again.
