Great place & great staff except for one, young asian girl tutting, shaking her head and eye rolling over a tiny spillage that my 10 year old son made at the sample section, I saw her reaction and offered to clean up the 8 droplets myself but there was more huffing and puffing that she will do it. We spent £10 in store and other male staff members was very helpful. Not acceptable reaction over such a tiny spillage. Store and staff 5*… that particular member of staff 1*

This is a lovely store and one of my favourite Whittard stores. The customer service was genuinely friendly and helpful and it was great that we could try several different drinks before buying. We left with the sticky toffee pudding chocolate and the lychee and mango tea. Thank you for a good experience

I recently popped in to this store to discuss the job opening they had advertised in their window, I spoke to a women who had a gentleman standing besides her and she informed me that they were taking cvs and would be interviewing ASAP but on leaving the store I overheard the man mention the way I was dressed and the two of them not so subtly laughed before I'd even made it out of earshot, it was disheartening to say the least and I did not apply for a role there as I felt truly put off by their attitude

I recently popped in to this store to discuss the job opening they had advertised in their window, I spoke to a women who had a gentleman standing besides her and she informed me that they were taking cvs and would be interviewing ASAP but on leaving the store I overheard the man mention the way I was dressed and the two of them not so subtly laughed before I'd even made it out of earshot, it was disheartening to say the least and I did not apply for a role there as I felt truly put off by their attitude

Very nice little place with lots of fragrant teas & coffee, as for quality I have tasted better so I would say it’s average. We also noticed they have a section for the reduced teas that are near their sale by date.Pleased to see that the Covid-19 précaution is in place.When we entered the shop there was only one other customer and there were 2 staff, yet we felt a bit almost ignored at first, then once they noticed us and no one else was in the shop they gave us their full attention.
