Nice barista. No drip coffee, but other tasty drinks available. Plenty of outside and inside seating. Only a few blocks away from Warwick Castle.Parking: Limited, but there is a garage a few blocks away.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of seating with chairs available. No stairs.

Pretty dismal for what is a National coffee shop, staff very negative and we came in at around 10am, moaning about shortages of staff, no syrups and no takeaway cups other than large….Drinks were ok, food was hot but service put a very low impression on the visit and if they tell everyone that comes in then the reality is visitors will stop coming.Not a great impression of Costa Warwick and maybe we should have tried Nero that is just round the corner…

Used to be well worth a visit but in recent months has opened up to an hour or more late on a regular basis. Unkempt staff members lateness and dirty tables make the place unworthy of my custom. Many ex regulars now go elsewhere, in my case coffee 1. ( much better) What can the area manager be thinking about to allow this to happen? ?♂️?♂️?♂️

One of the best costa's in the area. Happy and helpful staff, everywhere is nice and clean.
This coffee shop doesn't differ from hundreds of other Costas, you can find all over the country - the only difference is probably location, as it is right in the middle of Warwick's Old Town. I should rate it as average, however finally decided to increase my rating as I visited Warwick during sunny day in July and I was not able to find a free space in any other coffee shops in this area. Costa saved me from "non-caffeine misery".

A usual Costa Cafe, range of coffees and sandwiches and toasties.The space is quite large though, there is always empty tables and good for small or large gatherings.Good space for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
