Watch out there as charging more than price on shelf. Also the Display on the till is turned off so you can’t see.We only picked up as paying cash not card and they refused to honour display price. Not a one off as we asked them to scan another random item and it was the same. Buyer beware!

Awful service! The guy behind the till on his mobile phone talking another language while a que of people waiting. Complained to another member of staff. Who didn’t seem surprised. Rude unhelpful avoid when you can.

After 8 they lock the door, bloke had to take my phone through the night pay hatch to scan it for Shell go + points instead of scanning it through the window like most other places, how is that covid safe? When I get my receipt I found be that my visit hasn't been registered so it was pointless passing him my phone. As the transaction had already gone through he says there is nothing he can do.What's the point in going out my way to find a Shell to collect points when the staff can't be arsed to scan the app properly!

Just like every other!!Store items are, as allways, nearly twice as expensive as a shop.No, in store one way system in place to pay our shop so customers are forced to close by to one another.One thing I did notice was the fuel pump was incredibly quite, made no noise what so ever, bit sureal actually!!

I paid for my tank of fuel in cash, the cashier counted my money and then short changed me by £5. I saw him count my money and we went back and forth a eventually he decided to check his CTV footage and guess what I was shortchanged. As somebody who has been a manager in very busy bars, I’ve never managed to shortchange someone.
Stopped off to use the cash machine and to buy some sweets. Was met with a rant from the cashier as I had no change and she was sick of people buying things just to get change. Firstly it's not any of your business what I am using my change for and secondly, customers will want change if paying by cash. It really is that simple. If you don't have enough order more in. You are a cashier I don't think you have the authority to make those decisions about refusing to serve customers who are making purchases and if you did, it would be silly.

Frienly helpful, fuel and food, lunch deals and Costa Coffee, easy access, toilet facilities that are free to use and clean. Next to a picturesque canal with quaint bridge and locks.

Called in on in Sunday night 14/42017 met the Manager, at the till. Asked for a bottle of water at the night till, he looked tired and responded in a rude manner and wasn't bothered to make his way to the fridge to supply a bottle of water .. I had to point out the fridge for the water , he then made it difficult to pay ...very poor customer service, my wife and I just came back from a wedding, and heading home . We both needed a coffee but felt uncomfortable here
