Wanted a medium latte, was told had run out of medium cups, so could only serve large or small lattes. Asked to have medium latte in large cup (obviously). Was told that that wasn't allowed, for stock control reasons. I asked if they knew how ridiculous they sounded (stock control was already out of the window (obviously, no medium cups)). They agreed (staff member was nice, don't get me wrong) but there was nothing they could do. Essentially, a company that just can't be bothered to provide service; what a shame this is the way of the world!

Absolutely horrendous customer service! Two young people serving us and they just didn’t want to be there at all! Mumbling at us to see what we wanted, basically threw our egg bites at us at the end of the counter! You could tell they definitely didn’t want to work the morning shift and to that I’d say, maybe find somewhere else to work!

First time at this Starbucks. Ordered breakfast items and a ‘pup cup’ for our small sausage dog - the reason we choose Starbucks vs others. Once we sat down another member of staff came over and said - “You’ll have to leave. We’re a franchise, we’re not like the others, we don’t let dogs in.” She was about 22 and all the other staff looked in late teens. Given there were only 2 people in the coffee shop at the time perhaps a more experienced barista may have handled the situation in a better way. Overall service was average from the server but poor from the supervisor. Needless to say we won’t need to stop there again. Might be worth popping a sign on the front to avoid others having a similar poor experience.

The staff are unwelcoming, and unfriendly. I ordered a classical hot chocolate which I specifically outlined that I didn’t want any cream or froth and that it must be extra hot (as I always do at other Starbucks) - to my dismay it was topped with froth and cold. The lady who served me didn’t even bother to acknowledge that she had got the drink wrong, offer an apology or even try to make another drink. It is sad that meeting customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. Just to mention that this is not the first time that I have had experienced this at the same place. Staff should be taught how to clean tables and toilets properly.

Service without a smile. Yep that’ll be here unfortunately. Love Starbucks coffee but service here is poor and walk in definitely second place to drive thru. But at least you are allowed in unlike the one at the services at Coventry north where they had a private event. Who knew they did that. Not happy

Not exactly what you would call a friendly and welcoming experience. Dirty tables and floor through out. We chose the cleanest we could find. The coffee was nice and the fruit toast lovely. We were not asked if we were eating in or taking away and given disposable cups not mugs. Not great for the environment! And 3 butter packs between 2, strange!

Very friendly staff and I loved the new holiday drink, Praline Cookie Hot Chocolate! I would recommend to anyone passing by.

I stop here nearly every day on the way home from work. Always happy when Finn is on shift he makes the best Coffee, is the fastest and his customer service is on point!! Starbucks give this man a bonus!!

Shockingly depressing place and staff. Lucky to get a grunt out of the young girl serving. Was feeling ok when I walked in but left feeling totally deflated!!!! I won't be returning!!!

I stopped there yesterday...... it had one customer in there.... the lady with he red hair looked at me like I was something she just stepped on. There was a used sanitary towel on the loo floor and it was v unclean. I stood and waited to be served and no one even looked up. Went to the near by garage and got a drink.... far cheaper, clean and nicer staff. Avoid this one.... jeez ?

Staff were polite and efficient but loo wasn’t the cleanest. Didn’t see any unsanitary actions from the staff but they need a cleaner / additional staff. Only loo on that stretch of the A46

Sign in the door says closes at 7pm, 6:45pm I pulled up and the front door is locked and there's nobody to be seen inside. If you say you close at 7, close at 7.

Advertised as drive-thru, but it is never open. Bad for anyone disabled and having to go in increases the chance of getting covid. They should either do what they advertise as doing, or close the drive thru and change their advert to avoid disappointment. Bad business.
