Great food. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Worth a trip out from Stratford. Great community pub.

Beautifully cooked food - especially fish dishes. Well kept ale.

Gem of a community pub saved by the locals of Loxley, and others, keeping the heart of the village alive. Lovely meals served (Steak and Kidney Suet Pudding & Fisherman's Pie) with plenty of vegetables and a very tasty real ale (Falstaff's Folly). Best bit was the locals and management had a chat so a very warm welcome. Almost forgot, it's very dog friendly!

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch, a lovely selection of dishes on the menu. Real food and very reasonably priced. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Sampled chefs new dish called Dancers Lamb banquet. Locally sourced lamb chops & shepherds pie (done in a small dish) accompanied by roast parsnips & different sauces. Beautifully presented and lively flavours. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed a family Sunday lunch as a birthday celebration. Everything was excellent. All started with a friendly welcome and pre-dinner drinks. We had 3 allergies in our group along with a vegetarian. All were handled discreetly and professionally. Good choice on the menu. I had roast sirloin which was excellent but all the food was really good. British pub hospitality at its very best. We will definitely make another visit.

Really fantastic Sunday lunch with my family. We were a fairly large party, all with different dietary requirements. The chef came out to speak to us and was really informative with explaining what the various members of my party could and could not eat. We all enjoyed our courses.
