Sammy and Jack at the coffee shop are absolute gems! I've never experienced such incredible customer service anywhere else. They're always so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making every visit an absolute pleasure. Their warmth and professionalism truly set this coffee shop apart. Unfortunately, I'll be moving offices soon, and I know I'll miss my regular visits here. Sammy and Jack, thank you for making each trip to the coffee shop a highlight of my day!
Excellent customer service, I ordered the deluxe hot chocolate and she told me its not suitable for halal/vegan diet, gave me the deluxe hot chocolate with biscuit crumbs and chocolate chip's and whipped cream. Lovely cage with a lovely atmosphere and excellent customer service. 100%
