Customer service was great. I took my mother out for lunch and we had to chicken and stuffing baguettes with wedges and hot chocolate each.We were both really disappointed in the baguettes they were tasteless.
Working in erdington, used this shop twice now, both times served with polite and friendly staff, even when they speak to each other their manners are impeccable. What a lovely people. Thank you.

Came here for a pasty and I was served by a young girl, i believe her name was Sheniyah, she was so calm and polite, provided exceptional service even when the store was busy. My only complaint is that the area around the shop seems dangerous, there are crackheads who hang around the shop but its erdington so its not surprising.
