Came here for a pasty and I was served by a young girl, i believe her name was Sheniyah, she was so calm and polite, provided exceptional service even when the store was busy. My only complaint is that the area around the shop seems dangerous, there are crackheads who hang around the shop but its erdington so its not surprising.

Got charged an extra £1.00 than I usually would in other branches. Didn't realise this one charged 50p a pastry bag.

Terrible branch. New management. Went in the morning, no breakfasts left and hardly any sandwiches and baguettes in the fridge. It’s been like this a few months now. Sort it out. I’m not going back here. Waste of time.
