The best Greggs shop I’ve visited so far.Lots of tables to sit outside, which is very nice on a sunny day.Very friendly staff.Lots of variety of yummy food.

Honestly very bad service experience.I went with my mom yesterday at 5:30pm and as I was explaining to mom and deciding what pie to get the girl insisted I finish my order quickly while no one was waiting back.The tables were dirty and in the display where the pies were, the name tags had fallen off and no one could understand what flavor each product was to choose. I'm sorry Chloe yesterday made us not want to go to this store again.

Nice store went for coffee with my mammie nice quiet seating outside and cool yet cosy seating inside . Able to sit and peacefully watch the world go past .Lots of choices of combo orders coffee beverages warm and cold drinks and food

Out all the stores I’ve been too across the West Midlands I have got to say that two of them are the best which is Harborne and Bearwood High Street.The staff are professional and really friendly and I’ve always had consistent good service with a smile from both Serenity (Harborne) and Hadia (Bearwood). They are a credit to Greggs.
