Out all the stores I’ve been too across the West Midlands I have got to say that two of them are the best which is Harborne and Bearwood High Street.The staff are professional and really friendly and I’ve always had consistent good service with a smile from both Serenity (Harborne) and Hadia (Bearwood). They are a credit to Greggs.
Brillaint customer service. Ladies on the service are really sweet and welcoming. They have excellent manner and own up to any mistake even if it's not their fault. Made an order online, went to pick up and was told unfortunately they were out and are not sure why it went through. They apologised and offered me replacement with complimentary hot chocolate and tomatoe soup. I was amazed by their understanding.
