“Recent visit confirms they cope and cater well for large parties. Always able to accommodate us to fit 10+. We had 13 most recently and had an area just to ourselves on the ground floor. Never felt ignored as staff periodically checked in with us that all was good. Food is lovely and have never complained about any of it. Just the menu doesn’t seem (-1*) to have changed much over the year(s). Come to think of it…I don’t think they offer any specials either. Hmmm, maybe a subconscious reason we tend to eat here only when we’re a large group.”

“There are a lot of very old reviews here that don’t reflect the excellence of this franchise that I’ve been using regularly for the last year. Jyoti and Jinal are usually on shift when I visit and they are both consummate professionals, friendly and helpful. I do often use other Subway franchises around Birmingham, but this one, in particularly for speed, hygiene and customer service stands out above all others.”

“Nice little place and great to see and independent place in the city away from all the chains. The place was very busy, always a good sign when there is a queue but I didn’t wait long at all.Sandwich was made to order with a smile which is always nice. Efficient but it felt like care was taken over the sandwich. Had the Turkey, stuffing and bacon with salad that I chose, tasty and very fresh.Nice chocolate cornflake cake as well.”
