There are a lot of very old reviews here that don’t reflect the excellence of this franchise that I’ve been using regularly for the last year. Jyoti and Jinal are usually on shift when I visit and they are both consummate professionals, friendly and helpful. I do often use other Subway franchises around Birmingham, but this one, in particularly for speed, hygiene and customer service stands out above all others.
Very nice clean subway store located inside Texaco. The staff are very nice and prepped my footlong just as how i wanted it; they didn't hold back on putting the ingredients/toppings in.The petrol station also has lots of variety of other stuff like coffee machine etc which is very useful; all are stacked up very neatly.

Nice place and special thanks to Jyody is fantastic and her service is consistently friendly, and she skillfully prepare the sandwiches exactly to my liking every time. Highly recommend!
