Generally good but over priced for what you get. Can get better coffee and food cheaper elsewhere. Cinnamon swirl is great though!

Absolutely no staff to serve me, had to wait 5 minutes to get a regular tea and the place was empty apart from me. I can't say what the coffee was like but the tea was horrible. On the ground floor there's a Costa, use that instead.

Not great. Had to to wait 15 mins for a cold coffee which was meant to be hot. Not again. Staff need more training
