Waited in queue to pick up a too good to go order. Staff were aware I had an order to collect.When I got to the front one barista started making my bag when another came out and told me they cancelled my order.Very disappointing that they made me wait and knew I was there to pick up a bag then cancelled it at the front of the queue!

Top Location at the main street of Birmingham. Pretty small but sitting outside is possible. Personal on that day extremely friendly. Coffee great and expensive as usual
