Excellent food ( lovely steak and battered cod ) and very pleasant service...and nice hot plates ( my mum is always impressed by this ) Thank you p.s. for those with mobility issues, the rear entrance has fewer steps but there are a couple of car spaces on the right side of the pub, by the canal. This eliminates all the steps. Or at least you can drop someone off here.

We love it here! The team make you feel so welcome and like part of the furniture no matter if it’s your first or tenth visit. We always feel at home when we arrive. Shaz, Nigel and Dave do a great job. That’s right, even the head chef interacts with guests- something you don’t see in other establishments. 10/10.
