I'm sad to be writing this as we had gone before and it was nice enough. But we went yesterday about 30 minutes after they opened for lunch and it was just rank. The food looked like it had been under a hotlamp for a lot longer than 30 minutes, so things like chips, mini samosas and spring rolls were like charcoal brickets. We asked before we went in if the curry sauce was vegetarian as I love curry sauce but a lot of places have now started making it with meat stock for some reason. We were told yes so we paid and went in. Upon going to the curry sauce we saw that yes it is vegetarian, but literally right next to its open pot was an open overflowing pan of crispy shredded pork all over the sides, into the bowls of other stuff and yes into the vegetarian curry sauce. I complained and after them making a big show of stirring it to check for pork which it was obvious had spilled in, they brought me out a little freshly made pot to myself which is good, but then I tried it and had to wonder if they had made it horrible on purpose as it tasted like they had tipped an entire bag of salt into it... it wasn't good. The food was drenched in salt too, overcooked and I've now been up sick all night. We are watching our budget right now and I hate that we waisted money on what was meant to be a treat but was horrible. We won't be back and will now stop recommending it to people like we had been before yesterday. Sad :( this when it first opened was nice, now they just don't seem to care and it's just about quantity of food they put out and not the quality. All you can eat yes, but we will make it a bit crap so you won't want to eat too much. That's how it's gone now.

After hearing alot of praise for the restaurant from friends I decided to try this establishment. Price was very expensive and for a 11year old who is classed as a child to be charged full price is totally ridiculous. The food was less than mediocre, most dishes were dry as though they had been sat out for hours, a lot of dishes were empty and to say this was Asian cuisine everything had very little flavour. Very disappointing and certainly won't return. Daughter said the jelly was amazing, £18.99 well spent NOT.

Rude customer service. The person cooking is so rude. Talking to me in a rude manner that I should stand in front to wait for the food. It wasnt busy at that time and I was few steps fr our table. He insisted and told his superior appeared to be the manager and talking in their own language in front of customer. Then the manager appeared to be siding with the cook. Food trays weren't either replenished so a lot of my favourites weren't there as they didnt bother to top it up. Over all it was a terrible experience. Hasn't been since the last visit!

Ticks are all boxes for polite staff, hygiene and decor. Sadly, the food is awful. I would give it a one star for the quality of the food. It was bland, poorly cooked and of ingredients were of poor quality. We won't be visiting again.

This was our first visit to the Bon Pan Asian Buffet. I had read the Tripadvisor reviews prior to our visit and I was somewhat apprehensive prior to our visit. We were greeted upon arrival when we paid prior to entering the buffet as is standard at buffet restaurants. The lunch buffet costs £12.99 and a glass of pop costs £2. Ice water is available free of charge. It costs about as much as one dish at the Asian restaurant next door and expectations need to be adjusted accordingly. I found it excellent value for money. We were seated quickly and given a choice of tables to sit at. We did notice that it gets rather noisy at the rear of the restaurant whereas the front seemed quieter noise wise. It got very noisy at the rear and some people may find this troublesome. There is an excellent choice of dishes. There are starters including prawn toast, spring rolls, pork ribs, satay chicken, and onion rings to name a few. There is a good range of Chinese, Thai and Indian dishes. There were pizzas and a Teppanyaki station. The Teppanyaki station is slow but worth it. The chicken was cooked and what we had was either chicken breast or the good quality thigh meat. Everything was cooked and there were no veins or anything disgusting in the meat. All dishes where hot and were fresh. I only had some ice cream for dessert as the dessert options I personally like were limited. There were a few different cakes, jelly, profiteroles, brownie bites, fruit and a few other options for dessert. The staff cleared the plates very quickly and were overall very pleasant.

First time visiting today for my mothers birthday and we were all so pleasantly surprised by how much food there was! I went up 3 times for food as there was so much to try! Curries, pizza, Chinese dishes, even a good selection of chicken and chips also! A lovely range of desserts as well which were very tasty, atmosphere was very nice, beautiful marble walls, lots of seating and so open planed! My favourite was the crispy seaweed, absolutely delicious!!!!

I think the Chinese food from here was pretty good not great but good. The sweet and sour chicken was the highlight. Very tasty, great texture and flavour. Desserts were ok nothing special. The Chinese style chicken curry was also very good. Disappointed in their prawn toast however and pork.

First of all the wait for food is extremely time consuming and took me 20 minutes just to get a plate of noodles. Most things were undercooked and not presented well. I am definitely not coming again ?
The food itself was amazing. There were tonnes of different dishes to choose from, some I've never tried before so it was nice to try some Chinese food outside of the UK norm. The restaurant itself is huge and spacious.Sensory wise the noise could get pretty intense from time to time (young children tend to echo in such a large space) and the lighting was a bit intense in certain areas. Part of the ceiling lighting was perfect and I've included the halo shaped lighting as an example... it was the brighter more florescent type lighting that let it down. Some ear defenders and low level sunglasses ought to do the trick if you're on the spectrum- but it can be pretty busy.Again though- food delicious- and staff friendly. Good experience**they also had vegetarian and vegan options

Lovely atmosphere when we first got inside, we were surprised how large the seating area was compared from what you see from the front. Polite service from the front desk, when we first entered, followed by being seated at our table.Food was an excellent choice of classic Chinese takeaway, but then Indian food in a small section, pizza available and a fish food counter for those who choose. Well prepared food and good at keeping on top of supplies so not one tray stayed empty for long. There's also a bar area to get drinks from and nice stretch of desserts to choose from nicely displayed.We enjoyed our lunch break there and will definitely return.

Disappointing, asking for payment on arrival. Black Bean Chicken was pink and full of veins. Satay chicken & Chicken curry was also pink and full of veins. When mentioned to the Manager, her reply was "we use thighs and they are always veiny and the Health Inspector has said it ok. Well all I can say is its a waste of money and I will never go back. Luke food, pizza dry also cold. Avoid avoid.

My first visit few months ago I was impressed sorry to say todays visit wasn't the same food not as good with several food stuff either being hard or dry making me think food had been reheated especially the chips when eating sweet I had a couple of small cakes and fruit cheese cake was lovely but then when I was about to eat small swiss roll there was a fly on it this put me off the rest and even going to eat again I pointed it out to waitress who said sorry when collecting my plate and again as we were leaving no manager was around at time to mention it to them and needed to get back so left
