Burrito Kitchen Merry Hill

There is the usual assortment of food establishments, typical of a food court in lost shoppint centres.

Given that there is not a Burrito Kitchen everywhere. We thought we will try this.

Service was reasonably quick, but the food stall was not overly busy. The large burrito was quite substantial and weighty!

It was a pretry nice burrito. Plenty of filling. It was nicely made, but as with most burritos, the more you eat it, the quicker it fell apart. But still nice

Chopstix - Merry Hill

Eva is outstanding and consistently greets everyone with a smile. As a delivery driver, I appreciate going to Chopstix for collections because the orders are always prepared promptly, eliminating the need to wait and saving valuable time.

First visit for a birthday celebration. Food was absolutely amazing. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely 5 ? all round thank you for a lovely evening

Little Dessert Shop - Intu Merry Hill

I always give priority to little dessert when its timw to have desserts or m craving for sweet. I literally enjoyed my food. Little dessert is my good to go place. Also talking about staff, komal she is my favourite she always update me and encourage me to try new things. She's so sweet she is so nice and polite.

The Round Oak Stonehouse

Came for a carvery on a bank holiday, reserved just incase it was busy - booking system online was easy to navigate. I had the mushroom pie carvery, was very tasty veggie option! Carvery itself, deck was clean and tidy, veg looked fresh and there was plenty of condiments to choose from. Partner has the meat carvery (upgraded) and said it was nice too. Only downside was you can tell some of the things we're frozen (e.g. Yorkshire puds) but tasted great nonetheless. Good value for money, would return.

First class takeaway pizza, superb cheesy garlic bread and tasty chips Unbelievable value and lovely service Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the areas ...knocks pizza hut, Domino's etc out of the park

The Koyla Kitchen @ The Thorns

Been here today for food with family and it was absolutely amazing from service to food! We had a selection of dishes from Indian to steak and a kids meal.. all were perfect and delicious!. Would definitely recommend to family and friends definitely worth a visit. Our waitress Jade and thw manager were so attentive and polite too..

We stopped off here for food after attending a funeral near by.

Food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long considering it was busy. It was piping hot and plenty of it. Staff were really helpful. We will definitely visit again when over in that area.

Undaal

Great starters and curries but the chips am rubbish ordered again prawn cocktail the sauce was runny popperdoms stale think they changed chefs because really disappointed tonight

Spice Tree

Had an amazing meal again tonight at the spice tree.. food is always so tasty and fresh, never had a complaint and been using this restaurant for a good few years.. we use for dine in and takeaway and we always enjoy everything we order.. you must give them a try you won't be disappointed :)

Indian Bar & Grill High Oak

Food was delivered hot and to an excellent standard you can tell it was made fresh and taste was amazing.. just to say I’ll definitely be ordering again.. thanks guys xx

Angelina at the Starbucks in Merry hill was an absolute delight! She knew exactly how I wanted my drink made, she was very welcoming and was brilliant at her job!

If you want to order food that's still pipping hot when it lands on your table and food that's packed out and the best tasting around here then this is the place to go we order at least once a week from here and has never failed us we as a family highly recommend the food its top quality

Corn Exchange

The Sunday roast dinners are great, beef melts when cutting into it, veg is perfect, roasties, yorkies, gravy, stuffing.
Staff are lovely, helpful, and we got to watch the football game at the same time.

Take A Bite

First time going into Take a Bite today, what a lovely place. Very clean, staff friendly, polite and not overpriced like some sandwich shops. I ordered a turkey salad sandwich on brown bread (made to order) and it was delicious! Will definitely be back.

Brockmoor Fryer

Had Kebab Burger Meal, meat was nice and juicy compared to some places (where it has been dry) could tell it was fresh. Chips were not bad either tbh and reasonable price too, friendly service.

Went in to order a takeaway . Absolutely amazing so welcoming and caring. Happy and polite. I ordered over £40 worth of food and it was amazing the way it was cooked and the way it smelt it was beautiful. It was definitely worth my money . This will be my go to takeaway absolutely loved it !!! 10/10 ?

Blakeys Eastern Memories

We're new customers tonight, and have to say the food was absolutely beautiful. We were all so impressed with the freshness, quality and portion sizes too. We've been searching for a decent curry in there area, and now that we've tried Blakeys, we don't need to look any further. Just to add that delivery was super quick too, and for Christmas Eve that's impressive in itself

Brierley Hop House

We booked the function room at the Brierley Hop House recently and can honestly say I don’t think I would go any where else again!
When I tell you there wasn’t enough Tanya and her team could do for you that would be an understatement.
The function room itself is absolutely stunning. It has beautiful windows all around overlooking the waterfront canal with its own bar situated in the function room.
We booked the room for a wake and Tanya couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. We wanted to do our own food and she wouldn’t let us stress about anything. She was there first thing in the morning to take the food from us and store it. They even had the food out for a time that suited us and even went as far to be on the car park for when we arrived to have car park spaces reserved for us!
Tanya you deserve to do so well, honestly!
You are all amazing and I will recommend everyone to use the Hop House ?

Amazing! My daughter had autism and went all out to help her with her Vist and even though she got deregulated and had to leave after having 1 plate of food they only charged me for 1 plate 3 pound! Very understanding great food! Friendly staff! Thank you Jacksin who sorted this for us!

Faraday’s Restaurant & Bar

Went to Faraday's for our parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary - They had a night to remember! The staff were so helpful & set up a lovely table for us - and Vicki in particular, made their night with her friendliness and fun throughout the evening. The best Chinese, always order through Uber Eats and every single time it is correct, hot, fresh, big portions and delicious. Recommend them constantly to others. Never had a Chinese that is always so consistent with their great services.

Absolutely lovely tasty food..kebab meat and especially the chips were the best..would love to go back..however of late..the shutters always down every time I have gone past late afternoon/evening..I do hope not closed for good.

The Vine Inn Bathams

One of Britain's greatest unspoilt pubs. One of the reasons is the fact they only serve excellent cobs, pork pies etc and the place doesn't smell of fried food and isn't full of kids! Bliss.

Saltwells Inn

There are not many Golden Gems like this anymore. PROPER PUB CLASSICS! The value for money is phenominal, and the food and service is second to none. Will 100% be returning and telling many others.

Pens Ale Micro Bar

Regularly change their guest Ales, nice selection of bar snacks, serves cobs... Friendly staff, has a fish and chip shop next door (would like to see a collaboration between the to companies, so you can get your fish and chips delivered to the microwave brewery, so I can enjoy my lunch with a beer, it would be good trade for the fish and chip shop and may bring more customers to the ale bar for a beer), The microbrewery would have to specify that you have to order from them to use their seating.

Fox & Grapes Bathams

Lovely local pub with great beer, good gin, tasty bar snacks, cobs & sausage rolls! Plenty pop, crisps and chocs for the kids. Dart board and fruit machines, regular charity fundraisers held and a sunny beer garden with some undercover seating for those wetter days. Love a Bathams pub!

The Little Devils Diner

First visit yesterday. The place had a constant flow of customers who were efficiently served with excellent food from an equally good selection. I can see why this is a well established and popular place.?

Toledo Lounge

Really like this place! Hadn’t been for a while so decided to try something new, food was unreal- front of house staff are so lovely and attentive- Compliments to Ant in the kitchen!

Brickmakers arms

In this modern day, it’s hard to find a good, old fashioned, traditional pub. The Brickmakers Arms is just that, serving an array of draught and bottled ales, lagers, ciders and spirits - the pub attracts all ages too which is refreshing to see. The landlady Chloe is a breath of fresh air, an injection of youth and she is able to converse with ease with every punter - both locals and those new to the pub. This goes for all staff to be honest. The pub also offers a choice of fresh cobs, sausage rolls, pork pie, samosas and other snacks, but be quick, these are very popular and sell fast!!!!
Weekend evenings offer a variation of musical performances and karaoke for those that like entertainment.
I’m told the pub is due a refurb with the onus on the outside which will make this already popular venue even more desirable!!!!

Had 2 lovely ham and cheese cobs done when I went into shop they were beautiful cannot recommend this shop highly enough always clean and tidy with a lovely display and great cakes

Found this little place by accident, as its a community based cafe' I popped in and had a light lunch. The service was quick, food well prepared and hot and the beverage was made the way I like it. Cost was cheaper than I expected too, it's important to support our independent business's like this. Definitely recommending to my friends, I'll be going back too. Forgot to say, the place is spotlessly clean. Full marks from me?

Good place to eat with various shops to choose from, from Time to time when it's really busy you have to find a table to sit at anywhere in the eat central area, weekends and holidays are exceptionally busy, any other times of the weekday are quiet especially afternoons when the place is nearly empty with just a few people eating, overall, it's a great place inside the merry hill shopping centre in brierley hill.

Moor St Fryer

ordered from here several times now. tried different things and have come to conclusion Stick to fish n chips . and order earlier rather than later.
Delivery times vary (think it depends on the day and time. as seems to be pattern) ?
peas n curry sauce also. excellent, 10/10 everything else is hit/miss. -

Roe was like a hockey puck, overcooked and very dry. only small section from centre edible but too dry. not sure why this was served - you could see at a glance it was well overdone. ❌️
Salad pita had no cabbage and totally way too much onion it had also in it ,pita itself been cut straight through so very difficult to eat however very generous size portion of salad. messy but edible, disappointed ingredients not as listed on menu. ✔️
Battered sausage- very tasty but too much batter and not quite cooked enough so still tacky underneath (probably due to too much batter) still tasty and would order again.✔️✔️
Scampi - sorry but these were vile, not real scampi but the cheap gey mushy imitation ones, tried one ,opened others all same went straight in bin. ❌️
SFC - ok but got 2 legs, usually get a leg and a thigh when we've ordered elsewhere, bit on dry side and not much taste tbh hd better from supermarket, not sure be ordering this again. 〰️ 50/50 ✔️❌️
Kebab meat - bit dry , had better, didnt seem to have much taste. 50/50 ✔️❌️
Fish Cod - large , expensive but worth every penny, Good massive sized piece of beautiful white flaky fish , obviously fresh , taste excellent, just enough batter and at correct thickness and seasoned beautifully 10/10.✔️✔️✔️
Cod bites - excellent, decent size. more batter than the large but not too much.✔️✔️✔️
Chips - every time we have ordered from here not once have the chips let us down, im not sure but they seem homecut . cooked to perfection, taste like a chip used to and should do. not had any that taste of old oil as ive read some people have, maybe just been lucky on this ✔️✔️✔️
Peas - superb not dry right consistency and seasoned . ✔️✔️✔️
Curry sauce- very nice, not spicey or powdery tasting. nic smooth mixed well. proper chip shop sauce. ✔️✔️✔️
