Went here Thursday around lunch and had ther 2 Bacon Double cheeseburger meals for £10. Good value but burgers were cold to the touch. Staff very friendly and fast and fries were hot and tasty but even the middle of our burgers were cold. They also had a dismal helping of bacon on top, 1/3rd of a regular ration you might do at home. Won't be eating here again in a hurry.Would have complained to staff but we were in a rush so made do.

Very slow service no matter if its busy or quiet. There alway seems to be a lot of people not doing much. Food is ok if you can be bothered to wait for a couple of weeks to be served.

Had to go back to the counter twice after paying for my food as the staff forgot my drink first and then also my nuggets. No apologise from the staff and no manners. Manager was present and didn't care. Will not be going again.

Well done to the young lady serving on her own last night with a queue to deal with, you were calm and polite, hope management recognises your qualities!

Nasty, vile and greedy staff. They will always do anything but give you your money back if the order has a fault or you find something in it, like I did. Very ungrateful if you happen to come here multiple times a week and always have a sour face every time you order. Manager is a undeveloped ape who cannot be spoken to. He just flings the food in the bin when you ask for refund, grunts, and then asks after throwing the food away "what do you want" and argues against a refund to the very end. Degenerates.

Not awful, but slow and not the best place in Merry Hill to eat. Burger King near the entrance is a better bet if you can manage it.
