This place is absolutely disgusting. When I went to the toilet there was no toilet roll, asked the staff behind the desk and the 3 of them looked at me like I have 2 heads. The one man who served me was helpful seemed to be the other one actually doing anything apart from the cook. Went back into the bathroom the toilet was FILTHY! no lock on the door?!! So I check the main door and there was no lock on there either!! This place is honestly the worst bk iv ever been too.

This must be the worst food place in Brierley hill, and this saying something if you know Brierley hill,my daughter wanted a burger so we stopped here,worst mistake of my life,food was cold,the Fanta tasted like water,I had a coffee which was not coffee,my wife had a hair in her food,to be honest the manger Mr fasim I think was very understanding, I could have swore I saw a maggot in the till area,maybe my imagination, but with this place a high possibility

This is definitely the worst BK ever... the food was cold, no milk shakes available, the fizzy drinks were flat... rude staff, general cleanliness zero. It needs an all round revamp including staff or close it down!

The worst experience. Went in after the circus. Went to the loo urine on the seat. Spoke to the manager about getting it cleaned.... Told to use the disabled. Not open. Slowest service on the world.. 45 mins later nothing had changed.. The manager's attitude stunk worse than the toilets... Smelled of sewage. Driving up there the Mrs said to the kids that Burger King was better than McDonald's..no chance

This is the worst burger King I've ever had, all of our burgers had no flavour, they obviously hold a large amount of whopper burgers in the steamer and exceed the maximum time. Ours tasted rubbery and you could bounce half the burger meat without it breaking. In my opinion the steamers shouldn't be used when it's quiet (3 people waiting for food) they should only be used when the restaurant is flat out busy to allow the burger handlers a regular supply of patties. Ideally it should not touch the wet steamers at all but that's a head office issue. You can't flame grill something and then steam it the taste dissappears and it becomes rubbery.

Staff great food great. Need to turn Aircon down if you are going to leave the door open during the evening time.
Used burger king,just by merry hill,Birmingham.we ate in for a treat for the kids.after our meal(which was tasty),my wife and daughter used the toilets.within seconds my 9 year old daughter came running out,holding her nose.\\nThe smell was not just a bad smell,it was a sewage smell,a blocked toilet.it was sickening.\\nNo warning from staff.\\nNo information about it.\\nTo say this is a restaurant where families eat is disgusting.\\nIf you like to eat food,and use a clean toilet,DO NOT EAT IN THIS RESTURANT.

Terrible service and attitude from staff would not go back. Kitchen looked a mess and littered with trip hazards. Very poor show from such a well known franchise.

The food was standard Burger King food. Where I was very impressed was during my visit I saw the staff going well out of their way to help an elderly blind person

Service abismal. Waited half an hour for food even though restaurant was very quiet. When food arrived we sent it back because it was cold. Replacement food was okay. Very disappointing. Will not be rushing back. Staff very unfriendly.
