Went there for a quick lunch break.\\nHad mac and cheese, hot chocolate and baby chino. My mate ordered iced latte and mac and cheese.\\nWas good friendly service. Enjoyed our time. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Will visit soon.

Always the place I go to pick up my coffee even though its a little further out than my local. Friendly staff and always super quick service even when it's busy. Always ready when I place a last minute click and collect order too ??

Was eating in today at this costa it was brilliant clean well heavy on coronavirus restrictions ie clean tables seating separated so six foot apart if people blocked doors etc guys serving ask them to move over. We felt well safe brilliant service well done to all the guys working there especially to guy behind till with ponytail. Highly recommend

Why why why don't more coffee shops serve you like Caffè Nero? I had to tell my order to three different members of staff, one to make the drinks, one to put the order through the till and one to pass me the tray. Even the staff didn't know the difference between this new "flat black" and an Americano.
And look at the awful excuse for steamed milk on this mocha!

I love this coffee shop. Friendly staff and great place to meet friends and catch up over a coffee. No pressure from staff, only criticism last visit tables hadn't been cleared and were dirty. Unusual so maybe short staffed or busy period.
