This isn't a genuine Dixy Chicken, its a fake - note the street view image "Dixi". We hadn't realised until we we're outside!save your time and money.and rude staff.

Management was rude and food was ridiculous, fries came all stuck together and chilli sauce was 75p for little pot and tasted bad . It was dreadful! was not pleased at all, I had higher hopes once reading the recent reviews of this place.

Been there today food was lovely and freshly made. New owner took over the shop it was soo clean and tidy loved to sit in and eat. Staff is good aswell. They have a good hygienic practices all cover head and with gloves. Loved it

This place is absolutely horrible. We ordered a takeway ( the burger meals) and it took a whole 2 hours to arrive???. After receiving the food the burger was as hard and rock you couldn’t even get a bite in. You could taste the oil of the chicken and it was clearly not fresh food. Chips were the only good thing about the meal. Save your money!!

This dixi chicken is the worst I’ve been too, the staff have poor food hygiene, one walked in and started handling food did not wash his hands or put gloves on, the 2 younger ones were on their phones, touching their face and hair, hands in pockets not once did they wash their hands when handling food, the food looks vile, stay away !!!!! The authorities need to visit this place

I usually never leave reviews whether good or bad but I tried the Chicken fillet burger which was by far the best burger I have had, anywhere. So crispy and juicy, I had to leave a review at the very least! Make sure to try it out!! Exceptional customer service! These guys really know what they're doing and have no problem going that extra mile for their customers. Definitely worth a visit!
