Nicely located branch. Some of the staff are friendly and kind. I love their lattes and yum yums. I would recommend this branch to all.

Any Greg’s shop most staff are so unhygienic as they handle money and food. They don’t even wash their hands. They should have one person taking money and cards the other should prepare the food. They should not deal with money and food, and where are their basic food and hygiene certificates. They should not be doing the job they are doing DISGUSTING

Bought an apple juice and a cheese and bacon turnover.The drink was fine, but the cheese and baconturnover was cold and very dry.Staff were also only physically available, they seemed half asleep.

The Greggs down the bottom by hotel chocolate, has been not so great.I went there before work to get a chicken abs stuffing Baguette & when I picked it up it was southern fried chicken, they had put the wrong labels on the wrong thing. Turns out they had non, I asked themIf the southern fried chicken one had any spice or to it at all I was told there’s no spice on it at all.. I took it to work and when I bit into it it had chilli sauce on it. They didn’t check anything they just guessed. Myself working in retail we can not guess when it comes to ingredients due to serious allergens etcThe woman who was an older lady on the till with grey hair sticking out like a scruff called me a baby.I would like if someone would contact me back, as allergens aren’t taken seriously in your store

Went into Greggs Merry Hill today but found loads dirty tables-mess on the floor ..tea I bought has no milk in had to take back..staff behind counter but no one cleaning off tables
