They don’t have even one clean table where you can sit and have a drink. I’ll recommend only for takeaway.

Number 1 Fan of Krispy Kreme, 1st time ordering @ Merry Hill store and was not disappointed - still my favourite quick sugar fix and will return to Merry Hill to score it the next time. Fresh and full flavour doughnuts at a reasonable price, even if overpriced - they're still worth it.

Rude staff, dirty sticky tables, cup of Tea stuck to the table, bin needed a good wash. Avoid here unless u like being a scruff.

Great donuts and great coffee when machine working. Pity about tables, could do with updating as normally sticky and well worn.
Donuts were lovely as were the drinks. The seating area could do with a good clean and some repairs/replacements are needed.
3 members of staff working, although stood behind the counter on their phones rather than coming out to sweep up and clean - there are 2 other couples here plus us, so it's not rammed.

The 1 guy that was serving was busy for 5 minutes preparing a drink, the manager is sitting and watching, the 2 customers in front of me had enough and left and in the end i asked if anyone else was serving and the manager soon got up to serve, why didnt they serve before?
