DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!I asked for a burger with no mayo as I'm deadly allergic to mayo the male worker was extremely rude and I had to repeat my order 3 times as he was too busy talking to his Co workers as if this all wasn't bad enough th table was dirty un cleaned when we got there and there was a eyelashe in my drink and a hair in my burger never coming here ever again neither Am u taking my kids here

Very busy. There was only seats avaiable downstairs as the doors to upstairs said staff only however some customers were going upstairs anyway even though it said it was closed so they put cones in front. Mcdonalds was very busy and there are hardly any chairs tables downstairs and not much room between seats once there are wheelchairs and pushchairs in there as well. The self serve machine we ordered on didn't have any recipts as it had run out of paper. We didn't realise this and missed the number of our order on the screen. Staff tried to help us when they were able to as it was very busy tk work out what number we were waiting for and food was okay.

Staff not exactly friendly. 3 portions of fries all spilled after being bagged upside-down. Some muppet put Mayo on a Big Mac (leaving a lot of earache at me!!)

Food came a bit on the cold side and they seem to be late with letting customers know they're orders ready as I had to chase them up for my order. The restaurant itself is decent but always loud I guess because of where its situated but other than that, it's ok.

when i came here after i picked my mate up from school, i thought it would be nice to take him on a date to maccies since hes only year three, i ended up eating for three and had some carot sticks played on the broken ipads, threw a bbq wrap at a baby and ended the night at mine with a netflix and chill very good date night.

Went here today, couldn’t order what I wanted off board, too confusing. Went to counter where too young members of staff both ignored me, whilst they fooled around laughing and joking and one of the females pulled the other females hair extension out. Was she going to prepare food after. I walked out and went to Greggs, where the staff are far more professional and hygienic!!!

hi McDonalds and friends, my name is harvey and im using Lydia’s account. firstly i would like to say that the staff all seem lovely on shift and very kind, but awful at efficiency. i ordered a lovely large quarter pounder meal with fries and a coke , and boy was i disappointed. McDonalds is a great franchise and it is my favourite fast food restaurant, emphasis on the fast food. because what i received today was more like a sloth trying to make it across Europe, forever. there was no one in as it was late at night and i felt as if i could have made the meal quicker with both legs broken , one arm , and blind in my left pinky. when receiving my food i felt overwhelmed with excitement as i was starving for my delicious meal. but when i opened the bag to see my LARGE fries were only just over half full. i had already left and on my way to realise the devastating eye opener to this horror presented infront of me. i sunk into my chair, cried and was left with a shattered heart. hopefully you can all feel my pain as the chip situation at all maccies has to be stopped. we want our chips full , i said we want our chips full. overall the food was great, just wanted to share my sad chip story with the world.

This Maccies has the absolute best staff. They are so kind and attentive, Especially Kate who does the customer service / front of house stuff. She remembers you despite it being crazy busy, and makes a lovely fuss of our daughter. Honestly some of the nicest staff ever.
