Can’t wait find a new coffee shop. We have given this place our time and money over the past few years... me and my mother are appalled. This place has messed up our order uncountable times and never have we had an apology. Always being taken over we never know who’s going to be there. It’s a really big Shame :( ‘we promise to give you a coffee you’ll love and a service to remember’ certainly remember all the crap times and all the wrong coffees I’ve been given :/ and what’s with closing at 4? Some of us want coffee at 6 but I’ll take my money elsewhere....

Have had a couple of not-great experiences lately, culminating today in utter shambles, so time to give up with this place. Long delays, order came wrong, then only half of what we’d ordered, and it wasn’t just us - plenty waiting, more mistakes. Has really gone down since the experienced guys who used to manage it aren’t there anymore. It’s a shame as their Coffee is as good as any and their sandwiches etc. better than most, but the ordering/service of late has been average at best and now very poor. The owners need to sort this, and quickly - for the time being we’ll just go elsewhere.....

Sorry to say I'm sitting in Muffin Break three tables pushed together two trays of dirty crockery a baby chair with chunks of bread all over the floor and a table covered in debris. Not nice not nice at all. Who's to blame? The management. Three staff to cope with a coffee shop where every table is occupied. Except mine! Wonder why?

Fresh, tasty food made on the premises daily. Had sweet pepper and houmous wrap and apple cinnamon muffin with flat white. Usual order - never disappointed. Brilliant! Often underestimated because of the name. They serve so much more than muffins and all excellent quality.

I just Loved blue berry muffin shake , its amazing , would recommend everyone to try it at least once in life and then they would love to try it everyday ðŸ˜ðŸ™Œ 👌 super Muffin Break , Marry hill mall.
Baked cheese cake is to die for seriously so creamy & smooth with a fresh strawberry on top & the Hot Chocolate with cream and lots of marshmallows was just pure indulgence.
