Had a great night singing and dancing, went to get a drink and was refused supervisor came over and said I couldn't be served. Couldn't give me a reason why. Was asked to leave after I paid alot to enter. I was not drunk, they couldn't give me a reason why I couldn't get served and been escorted out! Will not be returningObviously if you're having a good time you will not get served

This is possibly the worst experience I've ever experienced I was told by the female security that I could not dance on the balcony area a d she said ca t come up here it is reserved and she said my woman is up here so you not coming up here which I understood but one of your male security td me that was nonsense then decided

Have to say the place has gone really down hill ?. Didn't eat but went to 90s night 09/12/23. The music was atrocious, considering this is one of the busiest Christmas weekends for party's this has to be the worst night Ive had. My friend was assaulted by a woman who had been removed once and let back in. Our partys average age was 45 we were no way trouble makers but the atmosphere was awful. DJs didn't read the room at all and just played hardcore house. Hardly anyone was dancing. This once was a good place to go. Red by night get it sorted, get rid of the chavs and make it a good night for decent folk again. Left at 12:30 couldn't take it any longer.

Im appalled by how i was treated by security. I went into the toilets and one cubicle had no lock on it so i had to hold the door shut and i was accused of having drugs so they made me empty all my pockets and patted me down then they found nothing and said 'where did you hide it?' I was so offended that i got accused of having drugs even after they searched me and i was clean no apology at all! I said oh no sorry then, and they said why didnt you use a different stall if there was no lock and i said because they were full! Absolutely disgraced by my treatment from security staff and they should be ashamed of themselves if they just apologised (like many other places do) i wouldnt mind but they kept accusing me of being a drug addict when it was their fault they didnt have a lock on the cubicle. Disgusting!
Im here right now (30th sept) the Djs you have on are so awful , killing my vibe, cant mix , i want my 5 quid entry fee back , acc fuming.Last week was so much better
