I’d highly recommend this over Koyla kitchen old thorns inn a lot nicer and cheaper food was fresh and hot staff more friendlier. Meals good value for money and the staff was very pleased and helpful SEE YOU SOON

I've been a regular here every week for the last 6 months and the food, service and staff are first class. Visited on the hottest day of the year and was met by chatty cheerful Dianne at the Bar, not seen her for some time but she greeted us like old friends and really did go the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Sat outside on the terrace for a while and when we were ready to eat Maxine made sure our preferred table was available. Really can't fault this place which shines above other similar establishments I've visited, well done to all.

Stopped off on the Queens Jubliee bank holiday for a carvery. Fab value for £21 for two pints of shandy and two carveries. The ladies working in there clearing the tables were so nice and friendly. Lovely meal and friendly staff, can’t go wrong!

Been coming here for years, always a warm welcome, great food, beers are bang on, friendly staff, fair prices and pool table. Clean and tidy with a great atmosphere. Ample parking, and within walking distance of Merry Hill.All staff are excellent but a special mention to 2 members of staff Alan and Sarah who always go the extra mile to make your visit a good one.Thanks to all the team, keep up the great work!

We have not been to the stonehouse since before the pandemic, and it wasn't a brilliant visit but many years have passed so we gave it another go. How pleased we were to find a great, hot and fresh carvery with a team of staff all smiling and happy to help. We'll done

Ordered food a mixture of burgers carverys, the burgers as of writing still haven’t arrived 50+ mins from ordering, when asked multiple times staff kept saying half hour, 15 mins etc, repeatedly, drinks were ordered and took 20+ mins to arrive. The service is unacceptable. As it’s for my birthday it’s completely ruined the whole evening. More effort was spent with a different party.

Turned away because they don't do walk-ins anymore. Loads of meat and veg. Absolute madness with the problems businesses are having getting going again after Covid. Very angry and Disappointed. Have been many many times but won't be going again!!!

I've been a regular here every week for the last 6 months and the food, service and staff are first class.
