First time coming to Merry Hill, probably the last time visiting this place though! Asked for a jacket potato with vegan chilli and cheese, but what came a jacket potato with vegan chilli and guacamole (i don't even like guacamole, especially as i didnt order this). I had spoken to the waitress who gave the food saying i didnt order this and told her my order she then just retorted back VEGANS CANT HAVE CHEESE!. I was abit taken aback by the way she had spoken to me as I've never been spoken to like that ever in a public setting. I just assumed she was having a bad day and maybe it's a printing error on the menu but then my sisters came and it had cheese on it!! Don't even get me started on the dirty fork that was delivered , asked for a new one but another waitress with glasses kindly gave me when prompted.

I ordered breakfast for my family, but when we received our food, the staff didn't understand our request and ended up giving us less food than we needed. As a result, my kids had to share a meal. The staff was very impolite and didn't even apologize for their mistake. It seems like the restaurant staff has not received any training in customer service, as they were very rude throughout our entire visit. Alsothis place is over priced and overrated.

So disappointed. My friend and I visited here for lunch today. Firstly the tables weren’t cleaned and empty plates looked like they had been sat there for ages, secondly I ordered a jacket potatoe and paid for extra cheese and when it was brought to the table the amount of cheese given to me would be the equivalent to that given to a mouse - next to nothing. So stingy! If customers pay for extra you should give them what they pay for. Not happy at all

So so poor! Paid for a take away hot chocolate after waiting a good 10mins plus for it to be made. Got back to the car .. it was hot milka and only half full. No chocolate no taste etc.Staff customer service very poor, other drinks left by us and when asked if they were ours the reply was I don't know!

Seemingly the source of semi frequent bad sewage smells that occasionally happen in Merry Hill, always gets more intense round here.I recommend Soho Coffee for their tasty dairy free options, but just not this particular one.Dietary restrictions: Offer decent selection pf dairy alternatives. And some vegan options in food and drink.

I had a piece of the carrot cake which is suitable for vegans. It was sweet but not overly sweet. They do really nice milkshakes also suitable for vegans.

I popped in a couple of mornings ago after having seen the breakfast menu. I succumbed to a triple bacon roll and a mug of tea. The three ladies behind the counter were polite, very cheerful and made me feel at home. They were a credit to their employer's. The roll was delivered to my table.
