Wasn’t greeted at all , just got asked if I knew what I wanted by the one woman , she was short and rude to customers and the other staff member telling her to be quick , i asked for ketchup on my sub , she pretty much drowned my sub in it that was way too much! The bread was sticking to the paper and nearly broke my sub apart , not happy at all!

Restaurant was very dirty, none of the tables had been wiped down or the floor had been swept. Service was ok nothing special. Nachos were horrible, I asked for only cheese and got a pitiful amount on top. Overall, did not feel comfortable sitting in they need to improve their hygiene standards!

The customer service at this subway is always nice but the food isn’t always good last time was frozen cold after being toasted it is always sorted for me whatever I want but it’s never exactly what you want

Another awful experience with Subway at merry hill. For the second time in the last 2 months my order has been wrong. Ordered a 12” sandwich and received only 6”. Just plain laziness now, the amount of complaints about incorrect/missing items on orders is ridiculous. You’d think it would give them a wake up call and do their job correctly.

I ordered through Deliveroo. Salad boxes were half empty - each box had only 2 slices of tomatoes! I ordered and paid for extra sauce and they only filled the already-tiny containers by a third of the pot. Missed sauces and ingredients from the sub. Also ordered large wedges and got a small. And all the food was cold. Avoid if you can. They act as if the ingredients are coming out of their own wages. Stingy and expensive.
I ordered an vegan subway which is just pure lush despite being plant based, care is always given into how it arrives and have never had to complain or been unsatisfied with a order so always happy to have it from here
