I went here today to find a queue of people waiting and no one there to serve No notice if it's was a lunch or ten minute. Nothing at all. Asked in the shop and they said its different management and they have no idea when soneone will come back. Go to another post office this is a waste of time.

Over the past few months there has either been a massive queue, the Amazon gadget doesn't work, or worst of all it's closed without notification online. Opening hours are erratic. I've turned up on more than one occasion to find a hand written sign on the PO window saying it's closed. It's so unreliable that I won't be using it again and will travel slightly further to another PO. I don't know what's happened, but this used to be run so well before.

There is always a problem with this post office it’s either not open or something is not working and most of the time a wasted journey because they don’t update the opening times. Have some pride in your work for gods sake.

The post office works when and how they want. The online opening times is never updated, you have to actually take time from work, head on to post office and only then find yourself reading from a piece of paper stuck on they front window to say that they’re not working today. WHAT’S THE POINT? I AM ALREADY THERE! update the fricking online opening times so that people know before arriving to the post office.Frustrating!

I've been to this post office a few times in the last year and the constant queue makes me feel like Gandalf. 'Darkness took me. And I strayed out of thought and time. Stars wheeled overhead, and every day was as long as the life age of the earth.' You need at least half an hour spare to do something as simple as post a parcel. Staff are friendly, but desperately need that second counter to ever be open.

I do not recommend this email.On December 9, I sent 2 birthday cards to family in Bristol.Today it's the 18th and they haven't arrived yet.I sent it 1st class with acknowledgment of receipt.My brother-in-law also sent a parcel to a customer at this post office and he was robbed as well.In one word, BEWARE OF THIS POST OFFICE, THEY ARE ROBBING CLIENTS!!!!!

The guy who works at the post office is very very rude !!!!! not helpful at all.He put my parcels on the floor and they lay there for a couple of days .drop and go.!!!! When i come he didn't even apologize for not sending mine parcels. terrible service!!!

As part of my application for a provisional license, I needed to send my BRP to DVLA. When I arrived at the office, there was only one person there. He was very helpful and explained which service I should choose for sending important documents. Even though I made a mistake writing the address, the staff gave me a new special delivery envelope without hesitation. Despite negative reviews about this place, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. Thank you to the man who helped me complete the process smoothly.

Since New management have taken over The post office service has declined rapidly where as before it ran very smoothly & staff were able deal with all customers quite quickly, Now it has become a regular occurance to stand in line a minimum of 40 minutes whilst two members of staff are behind counter they only ever have one ineffective member working at a time& at a snails pace , find it hard believe they have even gone through standard training & to top it off they are also quite rude .. Was a brilliant post office before now you need to book half a day off work just to accommodate waiting times!!!any of
