He was very helpful and explained which service I should choose for sending important documents. Even though I made a mistake writing the address, the staff gave me a new special delivery envelope without hesitation. The staff here are lovely but I think they're trying too hard with selling meals.My mum ordered 3 meals today, Valentine's Day (£30 with 2 sides, cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets) and the food arrived late and cold. Wouldn't have been as bad if they were late and ready to eat but all the meals needed heating up.
