We order an Big Mac meal and a chicken burger, the chicken burger and fries was cold, the chicken burger had mayo when we said we wanted no mayo on the McDonald’s App and then when they bought another one back it again had mayo on again, then when the worker bought it back to the kitchen, the workers in the kitchen was moaning that we had to order it by the till next time. Scruffy McDonald’s compared to the one in Fosse Park Leicester as well. Service is rubbish judging by our experience that we had on Friday (23rd June). Food was cold. They got the orders wrong. Might not return to this McDonald’s again when we go back

It took 25 minutes for them to give me two double cheeseburgers. It's wasn't busy at all. Basically empty. But the people at the bagging area wouldn't stop talking to eachother....and they made extremely large orders before completing extremely small simple ones. Change your priorities and do the small ones first...a good reason I only ordered that amount.

Do not visit this place, or order from this McDonald’s due to the incompetent staff that can’t even get a simple order right I ordered two bacon batches with extra bacon. When it came. I had two bacon batches with cheese were not asked for if we are expected to pay the price that they want. At least they can try and get our orders right

Out of all the McDonald''s I've been too, this has to of been one of the worst. The place is too busy which leads to a chaotic ordering and eating experience as you always feel like you have to eat fast for the next people, otherwise the place gets even busier. As well as this, food is mushy, stale and flavourless. Please....if you fancy McDonald's, the one in the shopping centre is leagues above this one.

I went in for breakfast on a sunday morning and watched as a homeless man left the downstairs toilet in such a state that it was completely blocked. After a bit of floundering, staff went in to try to unblock it with plungers and tools, all while a queue of people waited for access.A staff member, still wearing his blue toilet cleaning gloves, then returned to the cooking area, touching the keypad and all the door surfaces having presumably just had his gloved hands in a toilet. Moments later, a cooking staff member used those same surfaces to go behind the counter.This is revolting, the staff clearly don't bother keeping to basic hygiene rules. Suggest you avoid this place!
