I started with Simply Prep Meals 4 weeks ago and I am loving it! The carbs and the veggies are cooked to perfection. The choices for ‘spicy’ protein are quite impressive: cajun, tandoori, jerk (my fav!), páprica etc. However, the thing I like the most is that I am in control of the calories, and most importantly, of the carbs. Usually these prep sites send mediocre food that leaves you hungry after eating them. I was very surprised when my Simply Prep meals arrived cold, fresh and very tasty in comparison to other sites I have previously used. I am trying to lose weight and a huge part of this is feeling satisfied after a meal - these meals did it for me and I never finish a meal feeling hungry and I feel good about myself because the food is healthy.
