This has to be the worst mcds in Coventry, the fact that the milkshake machine never ever works I think it’s just down to the laziness of the staff to clean it after the shift. This is a shameful and pitty full excuse of a fast food place.

The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The food was hot, and freshly well cooked. The whole area was very clean and tidy. It wasn't very busy for eat ins at the time we went - 7pm - but the staff didn't rest on their laurels and were sweeping up and clearing the tables. I would definitely recommend this particular branch, very handy for a quick bite to eat after shopping nearby.Dietary restrictions: I have a pig meat allergy and was concerned that the chicken pieces I opted for may have been cooked near bacon but was reassured by the assistant that they weren't and I had no issues after eating there.Parking: A huge area for parking with pedestrian crossings as it's situated near a retail park.

I tried a maccies for the first time in years. Honestly, I found it to be fresh, tasty, good value, and really a bit surprisingly enjoyable. A tried it again a week later, using the app to order, and then I arrived to collect. Luke warm food and not at all good.

After a 45-minute wait, I realised they had lost my order. There was no answer on the phone and a horrible manager in the store. She blamed me for waiting too long and never showed any sign of sympathy. To top it off, they didn't give me all of my food. As a customer service manager, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that she should not be in a customer-facing role. Get your act together.

I have a small service dog, asked if I could bring her in with me, Joanne could not have been more helpful, the atmosphere was really warm and friendly, highly recommend. Thank you Joanne and all the staff for making me feel like a human being ??‍⬛

They blocked this review from being published on Just Eat: "Don't give this place your money, try an independent business that cares about their customers! We ordered a burger each and one of them was missing, the fries were completely cold, the 'salad' is a box of limp lettuce with two slices of cucumber. The sauce dip we paid for was missing too. We saw a few 5-star reviews and thought it might be okay...but when so much is low-quality or missing and it's near-impossible to sort out a refund, you're basically getting robbed."
